Jackie has focused her career on organization redesign projects for growing businesses. She partners closely with leaders throughout the design process to identify key problems to solve, co-create options for the future, and asses the talent, culture, and economic implications of their choices.

Jackie’s specialty is the design and activation of complex operating models after a business model shift. Her clients value her ability to help a leadership team understand the organizational tradeoffs of strategic choices and align on direction.

Jackie is also passionate about collaborating with founders of high-growth companies. She works with these leaders to get ahead of the predictable organization challenges of growth and make the smart decisions that will allow them to efficiently scale their companies.

Jackie shares her organization design advisory experience as a guest lecturer at NYU, Brooklyn College, professional forums, and for in-house client programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a dual-major in Finance and Operations from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Kates Kesler and Accenture, Jackie was a strategy consultant at Booz & Co. Jackie splits time between Manhattan, Miami, and San Francisco.
